Toro Maximus Terminegger is one of Diotoir "Ixion" Terminegger's children and is the oldest of three. He LOVES racing, and won championships in the #93, but was even MORE successful in the Kexide #99.
His powers are Teos, and speed related powers, and didn't show his telekinesis until he started sending messages back to Olive.
